The last goodbye to our boy Panzy 2005 to 2024

The hardest thing is letting go, saying goodbye to a fur member of your family, because they are family.

Panzy had a rapid decline he was losing weight, memory and it was time to let him cross peacefully. He was the cat my kids grew up with, a rescue we fostered and kept. Almost 20 years of beautiful memories and love he gave us.

He had his last walk in the garden frail as whe was, one last sniff and then with us sat on the sunny patio and passed in my arms with family around

The vets were very kind to us, they were very kind to Panzy too and agreed we were making the right call, they showed respect and consideration for our family and our wishes. Dr Sharmila was lovely and so was the other vet. I won’t say it was easy but it was the best way he could have gone, he has no more pain

We thank you all for the kindness you showed us on this very difficult day 🙏
