Really happy with the Pawssum service in VIC! Had a kitty cat come down with a swollen eye overnight and was so stressed out about the prospect of taking him to an ED when he is very new to our household. I was able to book a same day appointment on Sunday for home consultation for a reasonable price – Dr James attended a few hours later and was able to perform a comprehensive general assessment of Max, diagnose his eye issue, dispense the required medication, and also provide some helpful advice about integrating him into my household of two misanthropic cats with their own complex health issues. He was friendly and I appreciated how detailed and helpful he was. Would definitely recommend when your usual vet is unavailable or you are worried about transporting your pet – I had a great experience.
