First time using a mobile vet service in Perth – Pawssum was able to fit an appointment in for me on the same day with very short notice. Saved me going to after hours emergency vet which would normally stress out my pup. Communication was very clear and easy – with the ability to ask questions via SMS which was really handy.

Dr Nick Tan arrived on time and was fantastic – he was friendly, had a great attitude, communicated clearly, and was very good at handling my very stressed out/anxious pup. Also very importantly for me, he had a pragmatic approach. My dog is very old and naturally has a few issues on top of being anxious – Ive had vets in the past give me very textbook advice that wasn’t well suited to our specific situation and needs, but Dr Tan understood and gave me practical and sensible advice.

Very happy with this experience and would definitely recommend – especially if your pet is anxious / hates going to the vet.
