Dr Kel was amazing with our anxious Tenterfield Terrier (Nala) and so understanding about me having a newborn and needing to duck in and out at certain times. She provided really great and useful advice, and Nala who is usually very anxious and scared of vets was very calm with her after the initial anxiety and excitement wore off. It was so convenient being able to have the appointment at home and way less stressful for everyone, most importantly Nala. We will definitely be continuing seeing Dr Kel for Nala’s veterinary care and recommending Pawssum vets to our family and friends!
