I could never have taken my beloved 16 year old friend to our vet. She would have been immediately terrified – no fault of the vets, that’s just how it was for Bella. In the end she was tucked up in her bed, calm and with me by her side. The service and flexibility from Pawssum meant that an ailing loved one didn’t have to endure unnecessary hardship.
