Such a great afterhours service when you have a sick dog at home on the weekend. Great communication regarding when the vet would arrive from our very first contact with frequent updates to follow. Dr Stephen was very thorough, kind and knowledgeable.

Thanks to the Pawssum team for arranging such an urgent service for my dog. It's all about commitment and dedication. Under pretty critical situation for my dog in the quarantine center, it's fortunate that Pawssum found Dr Sugumar for me.
Relief
I really thought my 12 yo Border Collie was having his last day, but the vet was so reassuring and empathetic, gave him antibiotics and pain killers, so happy, will use pawssum when the inevitable day does come. Thankyou!!

Very impressed. The vet that came was very nice and caring. He came to treat my dog but also euthanised my cat. I used the service as I wouldn’t have been able to get my dog in to my car

Very happy with your prompt service. I thought Bella may have to be put down as I couldn't stand seeing her in pain but the medication that Dr Bahaa gave her is starting to work.She is a little more mobile
