I contacted Pawssum after we felt let down by our usual vet. Dr Chris (Perth WA) came to see my Goldie who’s 10 plus years, and in severe back leg pain from Arthritis.
Pawssum were prompt to organise a visit from Dr Chris. We found him knowledgeable and through, above all got down to sit with our doggie and chatted with him. Dr Chris was honest and gave us options to proceed treatment for our fur baby’s pain management.
Our Goldie started to improve from the next day🙏🏻

Amazing service. Doctor Stephen was prompt and treated my baby kitten with the appropriate vaccinations and other necessary treatments. Would recommend Pawssum as they are so responsive and prompt. My kitten gets anxious to go outside , so this service was so perfect for her. She didn’t even cry after the vaccine, she was playing as usual.

Pawssum offers a fabulous mobile veterinary service in Adelaide. My dog was unwell and it was so good that I didn’t have to drag her out at night. A big thank you.

Cowabunga had a long life. So sad to see him pass but he was loved by many. 32 years is a long time for cowabunga or any Cat. Thankyou for you help. It wasn’t easy to say goodbye.

Amazing customer service I received a call within minutes of making an online booking for an urgent late evening call out for a peaceful euthanasia for our very unwell cat – Zak. The staff were very supportive and clearly explained the process, within a few minutes the team had confirmed an appointment time and the name of the Vet. Within 45 mins the wonderful Dr Stephen arrived as scheduled, he even called on approach as he was running a few mins late. Dr Stephen was amazing, he explained the process, and was wonderfully compassionate. He genuinely cared about Zak and our well-being, ensuring us that our decision was the kindest path to take. RIP Zak. Thank Dr Stephen.

Came across Pawssum i found on google and gave it a try. Service is good and the staffs constantly message me for updates. Yesterday Dr Stephen came and checked on my dog Chanel and she is okay. Dr Stephen had explained to me why my dog is ill and things/food to avoid and recommended me a dog shampoo to help with her paw biting issue. Thanks Dr Stephen and the rest of the staffs.
